I'VE NEVER BEEN TO COUNSELLING AND DON'T KNOW IF I NEED IT?

If you are considering asking for support, that may be your answer. Before beginning, we can chat about your expectations and answer any questions you may have to see if this is right for you. Remember, you don't need to be experiencing a major life issue or severe mental health difficulty to reach out.

HOW MANY SESSIONS DO I NEED TO ATTEND?

Each individual is completely different and will come to therapy with different experiences and issues. The time you invest will vary greatly depending on whether you are attending for shorter term, solution focused counselling or for longer term psychotherapy where the work is deeper and more complex. It is recommended to attend for a minimum of 6 sessions in order to give yourself a chance to see the benefits of attending.

ARE SESSIONS ONLINE OR FACE TO FACE?

Sessions can take place either face to face or online, depending on your preference and needs.

HOW OFTEN ARE SESSIONS?

Sessions normally take place once a week, at a time that suits you. Evening and Weekend appointments are available.

WHAT IS THE COST PER SESSION?

Fee is 70 euro for a 50 minute session. Reduced fee is available for Students.
